Fischer doesn't notice Cobb in Inception because Cobb is an expert in the art of "inception," which involves planting an idea in someone's mind without them realizing it. Cobb uses his skills to manipulate Fischer's subconscious and create a dream world where Fischer's attention is diverted away from him. Additionally, Cobb is able to blend in with the dream environment and remain unnoticed by Fischer, allowing him to carry out his mission without being detected. **

Cobb gets to Saito in limbo in Inception by using the sedative to enter the dream state and then going through multiple dream levels to reach limbo. In the movie, Cobb and Ariadne go through several layers of dreams, each deeper than the last, until they reach limbo where Saito is. This journey involves navigating through various dream levels and facing different challenges in each level before finally reaching Saito in limbo. **

When Cobb asks people on the tracks just before the train, he typically asks them, "Are you here to stay or just passing through?" This question is meant to gauge their commitment to their current path and to provoke introspection about their choices. It serves as a metaphor for the characters' internal struggles and the decisions they must make in their lives. **
